Enrolment Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 1st Jan 2024
- Cancellation and Refunds
You have seven (7) days from the date this agreement is received from Successful Minds Institute to cancel and receive a full refund of monies paid (less credit card surcharges). Any materials, manuals, CDs, or other items provided by Successful Minds Institute must be returned in “As New” condition within these seven (7) days for the refund to be granted.
After the initial 7-day period, monies paid are non-refundable, and the enrolment agreement becomes binding.
- Certification Requirements
Certification is issued solely at the discretion of Successful Minds Institute upon satisfactory demonstration of relevant skills and knowledge. Additional tuition may be required to meet certification requirements, as determined by Successful Minds Institute. You are responsible for any additional charges incurred, including costs related to missed lessons or inability to adhere to the advertised course timetable. - Course Non-Completion or Non-Commencement
Successful Minds Institute holds no obligation to an enrolee who fails to commence or complete the course within the prescribed timeframe. Failure to commence or complete the course will result in the forfeiture of all monies paid to Successful Minds Institute. - Transfer of Enrolment
You may request to transfer monies paid to a future training course with Successful Minds Institute. This could incur a transfer fee of $500. Transfers can be requested provided that:
- You give a minimum of 30 days’ notice prior to the commencement of the initial course, and
- The future training is scheduled to occur within two (2) years from the date of this agreement.
- Cancellation or Rescheduling by Successful Minds Institute
If Successful Minds Institute cancels or discontinues a training course for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
In the event of a course rescheduling, you will have the option to either:
- Receive a full refund (upon return of all course materials), or
- Transfer your fees to the rescheduled course dates.
- Approval of Agreement
This agreement is not binding until it has been approved by the Successful Minds Institute office. Once approved, the enrolment form is submitted and payment made this agreement is binding.
